Streamlining all round!

As well as the previously mentioned streamlining of payment systems which have now been finalized (see below), we’re also trying to streamline the way we deliver news about what’s happening in general, what’s happening in the CD store, and what’s happening with the gigs… we’ve made a start but feel free to make any suggestions via email to cardboardcharlie@gmail.com

Lizard Stick Seeks Bands!

Lizard Stick Festival is a non commercial, non advertised, quant, unique and very colourful folk festival that is hidden in the mountains of collington nsw (1hr sth of canberra). We are looking for bands/ acts of all genres, we have limited spots and limited money as all profits go to charity. this is the festivals 2nd year and we will have our website up and running soon for you to apply online or you can contact Lizzy on 0430180566 or via email on tangytorana@yahoo.com . If this sounds like something you may like to be apart of please save the dates for 27th and 28th of november 2010.

Final New Payment system for Bootlegs and Domus Adultus.

As we mentioned a few months ago we’ve had to streamline the payment systems at the Phoenix. We’re still fine tuning it a bit but in the interim, you will be able to pick up your pay for Bootlegs and Domus Adultus:

-      During the day Mondays or that night during the Bootleg Sessions

-      During the day Thursdays or that night during Domus Adultus

-      If Robbie or Sean is in the Phoenix during the evenings you may be able to pick it up then but do not count on this, if you want to be sure, use the above times.

Other Things to keep in mind:

-      In order to collect your payment you will need to provide an invoice with either an ABN (written on invoice) or a Hobby Declaration/Statement by Supplier Form (attached to invoice)

-      Invoices for Bootleg Sessions MUST be made out to Cardboard Charlie

-      Invoices for Domus Adultus MUST be made out to The Phoenix

-      You must pick up your money within 6 weeks of your performance date or it won’t be there anymore

After this week we’ll keep this info on the Notice Board after ‘Whats on with Charlie!’
