Final New Payment system for Bootlegs and Domus Adultus.
As we mentioned a few months ago we’ve had to streamline the payment systems at the Phoenix. We’re still fine tuning it a bit but in the interim, you will be able to pick up your pay for Bootlegs and Domus Adultus:
- During the day Mondays or that night during the Bootleg Sessions
- During the day Thursdays or that night during Domus Adultus
- If Robbie or Sean is in the Phoenix during the evenings you may be able to pick it up then but do not count on this, if you want to be sure, use the above times.
Other Things to keep in mind:
- In order to collect your payment you will need to provide an invoice with either an ABN (written on invoice) or a Hobby Declaration/Statement by Supplier Form (attached to invoice)
- Invoices for Bootleg Sessions MUST be made out to Cardboard Charlie
- Invoices for Domus Adultus MUST be made out to The Phoenix
- You must pick up your money within 6 weeks of your performance date or it won’t be there anymore
After this week we’ll keep this info on the Notice Board after ‘Whats on with Charlie!’
